Disease is one of the Problems in Frostpunk 2.

Disease is increased by various Buildings, particularly those aligned with Adaptation. It can also rise due to certain Laws or when other Problems like Cold, Hunger, or Squalor are high.

Disease will mean that some of the Workforce is Sick. Being unable to work, they become part of the Absent count of the workforce. The number of Sick workers increases proportionally to how high Disease is currently is. The full number of people in the Workforce will only be available once Disease has decreased in the City.

Disease can be decreased by constructing any of the three variants of Hospital buildings or by passing certain Laws.
