Workplace Insulation is one of the 
Idea Research in Frostpunk 2. It provides City upgrade for the Work districts lowering their Base 
Heat demand.
Unlocks the 'Insulate District' ability in Work Districts that permanently increase the Temprature Level by 1.
The 'Insulate District' ability has a cost of 50 
Heatstamp and 50 
Prefabs and can be used on any 
Districts except Central and Housing.
